Our BestBeachRate Guarantee means you get the Lowest Published Internet Rate for The Reef Resort, ONLY at TheReef.com. If you find a lower total rate on the Internet for the same room type, dates and length of stay, contact us, we'll match the rate, AND add a $50 Resort Credit towards drinks and dining at our renowned beach bar or our restaurant during your stay !

How to use the "BestBeachRate Guarantee":

We like to make things easy and hassle-free for our guests, so here is how it works :

1. Choose a nightly rate on www.thereef.com and book your stay on our website.
2. Prior to or within 24 hours of making your reservation, you find a lower rate for the same room type on a different website.
3. You then email reservations@thereef.com or call our Reservations Centre
4. Our Reservations Centre will visit the website with the lower rate to verify a matching room type and length of stay and call or email you back as quickly as possible. This confirms your claim meets our BestBeachRate Terms.
5. Upon verification, the representative adjusts your reservation to the lower rate and adds the $50 resort food and beverage credit
   It's that easy. No forms, just an email or phone call. We're sure you'll agree it's another great way The Reef guarantees you “Pure Beach Relaxation” on vacation, as you can rest easy with the confidence that you have the Lowest Published Internet Rate.

BestBeachRate Terms & Conditions:

The Reef Resort guarantees to provide the lowest bookable rate for room reservations available to the general public on the Internet, subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you find a publicly available and immediately bookable room-only rate on the Internet for The Reef Resort ("Competing Rate") that is lower than the room rate available for the same reservation on www.thereef.com (i.e., same type of room, same number of guests, same dates of stay and same length of stay), then prior to or within 24 hours of booking the reservation on www.thereef.com, please email reservations@thereef.com or call 1-888-232-0541 (or 1-345-947-0000 if calling from outside North America).

Once we confirm the availability of the Competing Rate on the Internet, subject to room availability, The Reef agrees to match the Competing Rate for the same reservation, and add a $50 Resort Credit towards drinks and dining at our renowned beach bar or our restaurant during your stay.

This Guarantee does not apply to:

• Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to Priceline and Hotwire.
• Websites that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc.
• Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services or other amenities.
• Qualified discount rates including but not limited to Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by The Reef and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
• This Guarantee applies only to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees, and any other fees or charges that you may incur during your stay.

If you have already booked a stay on www.thereef.com and find a Competing Rate that meets the Guarantee Terms and Conditions set forth here, then The Reef will refund the full amount originally charged to your credit card for the rate booked on TheReef.com and charge the full stay based on the new rate to your credit card.
